RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product (or the last product, if your order was delivered in multiple parts).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at info@topdevices4u.com. Depending on the situation, we will review your request and inform you whether your return qualifies for free return shipping or if a return handling fee applies.

Free returns apply in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective;
• The product was delivered incomplete;
• The product does not work properly;
• The product does not match the description provided on TopDevices4U.com;
• The wrong item was shipped;
• The product was returned to the sender before reaching the customer.

A return handling fee applies in the following cases:

• The customer changed their mind;
• The product is no longer needed or not as expected;
• The customer found a better price elsewhere;
• The order was placed by mistake;
• The customer provides no reason for the return.

The return handling fee within Lithuania is €10 per item.

If applicable, we will notify you in advance and provide payment details and further return instructions.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

Important notice:

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, hygiene products, and other personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged.

(While TopDevices4U primarily sells electronics, this clause applies to any personal-use or hygiene-related items we may offer.)

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 15 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any refund-related fees, except when a return handling fee applies.

If the goods are suitable for shipping, you must return them to us without delay and no later than 15 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 15-day period expires.

If the nature of the goods requires a courier collection, we will arrange pickup. We will cover the cost of return shipping, unless a return handling fee applies.

You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts involving:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

Please note that our Returns Policy was updated on October 05, 2025.

All orders placed on or after this date are subject to the updated conditions.

Return fees are applied only in specific situations, depending on the reason for return.
