TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the online store www.topdevices4u.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when purchasing goods online.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time in accordance with applicable legislation. The most recent version of the Terms is always available on the website. The Terms version in force at the time of the order submission applies to that order.
1.3. The following persons have the right to purchase goods from the store:
Adult natural persons whose legal capacity is not restricted;
Minors aged 14 to 18 with parental or guardian consent, unless they independently manage their own income;
Legal entities;
Authorized representatives of the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. By confirming an order, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to purchase goods in accordance with clause 1.3 of these Terms.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer adds products to the shopping cart, provides delivery details, selects a payment method, confirms having read the Terms, and clicks the “Confirm Order” button.
1.6. All submitted orders are stored in the Seller’s electronic system.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
2.1. The Buyer may place an order by registering or without registration on the website.
2.2. To complete the order, the Buyer must provide the following personal data: full name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
2.3. By submitting their data, the Buyer agrees that it will be used for order processing, business analysis, and, with separate consent, for direct marketing purposes.
2.4. Notifications related to order fulfillment may be sent to the Buyer’s provided email address or phone number.
2.5. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their login details secure and not disclosing them to third parties.
3. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods according to these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by submitting a written request via email: info@topdevices4u.com.
3.3. Only unused, undamaged products that have retained their original appearance and packaging may be returned.
3.4. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept the ordered shipment.
3.5. If contact details change, the Buyer must update them promptly.
3.6. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their account and login details.
4. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The Seller ensures the availability and proper operation of the online store services in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to restrict or terminate the Buyer’s account if the Buyer violates these Terms or affects system stability.
4.3. The Seller respects the Buyer’s privacy and processes personal data lawfully.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
5. ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT
5.1. Orders can be placed at any time, 7 days a week.
5.2. The order becomes effective once confirmed by the Buyer, and a confirmation email is sent by the Seller.
5.3. All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT.
5.4. Accepted payment methods:
Online banking;
Credit and debit cards (“Visa”, “Mastercard” via Klix system);
Bank transfer (prepayment).
5.5. Order processing begins only after full payment has been received.
6. DELIVERY
6.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure that they or an authorized person can receive the goods.
6.2. Deliveries are made by courier services or Seller’s logistics partners.
6.3. Goods in stock in Lithuania are usually delivered within 1–5 business days. Goods from international warehouses may take 10–20 days for delivery.
6.4. If the package is damaged, the Buyer must note this in the courier’s delivery documents.
7. PRODUCT QUALITY AND WARRANTY
7.1. The characteristics of each product are described in its online product description.
7.2. All products are covered by a two-year warranty as provided by law, unless otherwise specified.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
8.1. Quality products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
8.2. Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
8.3. Return requests should be sent by email to info@topdevices4u.com.
8.4. Refunds are issued to the Buyer’s account within 3 business days after the returned goods have been inspected.
8.5. Defective products are replaced or refunded according to applicable legal regulations.
9. LIABILITY
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions taken while using the online store.
9.3. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer fails to read the Terms even though such an opportunity was provided.
9.4. Complaints regarding purchased goods can be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or through the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr/).
10. MARKETING AND INFORMATION
10.1. The Seller may organize promotions, contests, or special offers.
10.2. Promotion terms and conditions may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
10.3. The Buyer will be informed via email or other contact methods provided during registration.
10.4. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive information messages due to technical issues.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. These Terms are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
